SC upholds bail to Lalu Yadav in fodder scam, asks Jharkhand HC to expedite hearing of pending appeals

New Delhi [India], July 14 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to interfere with the Jharkhand High Court order granting bail to the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and others in the fodder scam case.
The Supreme Court refused to cancel the bail granted to Yadav and asked the High Court to expedite the hearing of the pending appeals, preferably within six months.
